Free agents are disappearing...

Just want to ask you guys, Ive used Andrew's latest NBA Live PC Project (the rosters and the arts), then when i look in the free agents pool, it is complete (with those low rated guys like 50's-60's ovrl)...but when I started a dynasty and look to sign some players, those low rated guys dont show up...only the likes of smush parker, steve francis, antoine walker, olowokandi are there...so is there some settings I will use/adjust to make the complete free agent pool available in a dynasty...hope you understand what Im talking about...thanks.

No, unfortunately not. The game prunes the Free Agent Pool upon starting a new Dynasty.
