i downloaded funmanchu's Oaklahoma Jersey
it told me to edit the teamgear jersey...
the ID said 388 yet in my teamgear there is no 388...what shall i do?

Is the last ID number 387? If so, the instructions probably require you to create a new ID (388).

my last ID is 367

Are the instructions asking you to create a new entry or edit an existing one? If it's the latter, they're probably based off a different teamgear.dbf file. If you just need to create a new one, just use 368 as your next ID number and follow the rest of the instructions as written.

this might be a dumb question how do you add a new entry...

If you're using DB Commander, scroll to the bottom of the database and press the down arrow key to start a new line.
