problem in cyberfaces for created players

hi guys
i created monta ellis and azubuike in live 06
then i downloaded cyberface patch for the 2 and put the files in sgsm
but the cf's doesnt seem to work bcoz the faces didnt change at all
is there something that i must do 1st? pls help me!
