jersey HELP!!!

after i download the jersey the readme says to extract the .viv files to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 06\sgsm\uniforms\ then it says to put the .big files to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 06\sgsm\ then it says To use the fictional 2006-07 jerseys add these lines to your teamgear.dbf
what is the teamgear.dbf and where is it???? plz help im a noob
