CPU alley oops???

Sometimes when im playing a a quick match the the comp does a freestyle move ally oop
for example Jason Kidd alley ooped the ball to Vince Carter and vince did a fake behind the back lay up!!
Is the Cpu the only one that can do those alleys?

there is a button for alley-oops...
