Who created or had a part in creating the EUROLEAGUE PATCH

im trying to get in contact with them in order to download the patch, but cant seem to find them....

also doesnt ANYONE have the PATCH,, if u do would u be so kind to upload it or send it to me for download...

my friends and i want to start a league with the EUROLEAGUE but we need that patch
