Could someone help me adjust my sliders (info inside)?

Here are the problems I'm having:

-Too many shooting fouls
-Final score is too high (in the 130s regularly)
-Can't block lay-ups and dunks with Josh Smith, Ben Wallace, etc. (people who can occasionally do so)
-AI takes too many bad shots (mostly 3s in the defense's face)
-Too easy to just blow past defense using turbo, right analog or a combination of the two
-AI doesn't go for enough pump fakes
-Too easy to make shots in defender's face

Can anyone assist me? Thanks in advance.

well for the final score thing tune down the game speed. it helps. and also change the quarter lengths.
