My Control Doesn't Work

I've recently stall a 2 Double Gamepad USB and this game recognize when i press the buttons in game controller option, i save the configuration and dont work in the game.

So I press any button in the game and it's doesn't work, in other games i can play without problems, is there a patch or something like that?...

after you saved it... did you set it so that you would use it? cause after you set it and save it, you have to assign to use those controls.
