Alley-Oops Keyboard Mod

So I really want to do Alley-Oops on my Keyboard for NBA Live 06 cuz Im too cheap to buy a controller. And I went to the page to down load the Mod and the page isn't in English and I have no idea what to download. Is there another page I can download the mod from or can someone help me in any other way? Thanks for your help.

You can get a good controller for like $15 shipped or less of eBay. You cant be THAT cheap can you?
