problem with cpu-generated rookies

i'm in season 2012-13. now about half of the rookies in the upcoming draft have already been drafted before in the same dynasty(same name, height, weight, and potential). why is this happening?

the sad truth - no one in EA crew believed you'll get that far.

I've simmed ahead to 2019-2020 and haven't seen this happen. I'm not sure what to tell you on how to fix it, other than alot and alot and alot of DBF work (changing names, etc).
