It never fails that when I create or even copy an existing player (i.e. Jordan) that it always messes up someone elses appearance. I go to the appearance.dbf to try to correct the issue but it never corrects the problem.
This also holds true even if I just create a player instead of copy a player, then I assign the created player a player package like 'MIJORDA'.
I want to create each USA Basketball team and roster from '92-'96 and I will need to recreate certain players like Barkley, Pippen, and Malone. Also, I want to put MJ on the all time Wizards roster but doing so corrupts someone else.

I've never encountered that problem before. When you're adding the players, are you creating them from within the game or are you just manually adding them to the database?

Well, Ive done both. Initially when creating my Dream Team '92, I copied existing players in the .dbf as well as their appearences in coordinating with their Player ID number. This cause players like John Stockton to have a white head and a hairy brown body.
So the second time, I created Jordan within the game, placed him on the Wizards, then did the associations in the .dbf (example: Player Package MIJORDA). He ended up looking good, but Gilbert Arena's was light skinned as well as Shaq having a white body and Jason Williams having a black body. I even went back into the appearance .dbf to correct it but it never corrected.
