when useing Big Gui ?

when i tryed useing big gui to upgrade the crowd files i got this error messege?
C:\Documents and Settings\mike\Desktop\Atlanta\crowd3d.fsh has a invalid header
can some one help explain what this is? and also is there another form of a program that i could use to rebuild the crowd mod im trying to put in game?

r u kidding????? BIG GUI is just for .BIG files!!!!!!! not for the .FSH files!?!??!

you need to download the FshX file in order to open that file!!!

big gui are used to making big files, which are usually portraits and such
