Creating New Uniforms Tutorial

Andrew has posted a new tutorial created by myself. Thanks to Cable Guy for the quality control. Basic template includes PSD and PSP versions. Tutorial is in PDF format and requires a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
