work ethic and learning

I've looked every wheren can anyone tell me the range of these two attributes. Also if I want my player to develop as my dynasty continues, should these be initially set to high or low or what. Thanks all.

low (0-3) or w/e means they have better work ethic and learning
worth ethic means if they will get fat and not work hard
learning is like..devloping their skills.

I know you can go pretty high with work ethic (10+). Some rookies have really poor work ethic, although they generally aren't yours. I find it interesting that even if my players have 0 in the work ethic departmen, they can still get fat.
