Game Crashing

My Game is crashing in Play Now for these teams Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, and San Antonio when the environmental setting is on maximum. And these are the big patches I have installed
1. Sweat patch v 1.1 w/ fasz's lighting fix
2. All seraph's shoe patches
3. TNT patch
4. Andrew's latest roster update
5. C0nr4d’s fixed jersey patches
6. All Dahl’s Court patches
Dose any one else have the same patches installed and their game is crashing for those teams?
If so tell me and maybe we can find out how to fix this.

I uninstalled the TNT patch but it still crashes

Unistall the game then. I've done it three times.
