Games Crashes...faces.dbf problem

i am in the off-season of my dyansty and my games crashes. The problem is the faces.dbf file in the working database folder (in my documents) wat could cause this problem and how can i fix it? any suggestions are aprreciated thanks.

Copy the original faces.dbf file from originaldb or the NBA Live 06 CD to the workingdb folder. That usually works.
