i create players and when i start dynasty they are not in free agents.

Maybe the CPU already signed them?

Not an NLSC Roster Patch Issue. Please only use that forum for issues related to my roster updates.
The game prunes the lower rated free agents when you begin a new Dynasty. If they weren't rated high enough they've probably been pruned.
