Slam dunk comp

Is it just me or are slam dunk comps like impossible. My best score was like a 40. Any tips on how to win?

yea the dunk school helps also, i hope you have a gamepad. its MUCH harder on keyboard

Yeah and you can't do most off the ball tosses with the keyboard.

I have a game pad, and I do go to the slam dunk school. Are there any like key players to use in the slam dunk comp?

Well you can use a dunker with a 99 dunk rating.But the key is skill and practice.

the key is practice regardelss. learn nice dunk combinations and practice them. get them down pat then learn more dunks. check out the dunk combinations thread

Avoid the simple dunks. They're fine in the Freestyle challenge for racking up points in between but they generally score in the low 40s at the very best. As supaboy said, check out the sticky for more info on combinations.

i dont know how free throw lines dont get much points tho
