how i can to do that wiil be another trades on season? i mean not only my team...if i playing with indiana so for example i want that another teams will do trades...how i do this?
and can i do that the computer ask my team for trades?

CPU teams trading amongst each other is kind of random.
Most of us have found that the CPU makes more offers for your players when you are particularly deep at one position, for example having three or four average or better players at small forward will generally attract offers from the CPU for one of them.
