Why can't I do the Vinsanity "Clear the 7 footer"

I just can't seem to do it. Everybody talks about it. Can someone post a video of someone doing it in game?

i jumped over joe johnson with kobe the only time i did it

How do you jump over someone anyways?

I did it by pressing Turbo, Superstar and then Pass/Layup and i jumped over someone... (Pass or Layup, dont remember)

its random, as far as i know, and is actually quite hard to achieve

that is part of it but you also need to with a highflyer push turbo, superstar, and tap dunk/layup and if a defender is coming towards you or is set [not sure which one] you should go over him if you have good timing

It seems to be easier when you penetrate the lane from the left or the right along the out-line. J.R. Smith jumped over Zaza Pachulia and Al Harrington recently in my Dynasty.

I almost jumped over Yao but it was too hard... i did push him and he almost fell

That's has to be correct. You know the dunk where you do a reverse two hand on someone, or the windmill poster, or the one hand tomohawk knocking the defender to the floor? It's a morph like those, but seems to be very rare. I'm not sure if a particular face button does the dunk, since people have said tap dunk or pass or pro hop, and of course shoot is the highflyer layup, so that can't be it. I'm pretty sure turbo may need to be pressed, though.

I'll definitely keep it installed, I'm just a bit bored at the moment, but the aiact patch is one I'm looking forward to. I haven't even started a dynasty yet. I've just been tweaking gameplay, and then just started patching. I'll probably start my dynasty to keep me intrigued once the new aiact is released.

I jumped over 5 guys in a game once. I picked it up in the backcourt with Kobe and just sped down the court, took off from the free throw line and coincidentally (must have been a glitch) all the players were lined up and I went over all of them.

the best i did was when i tuke off with MJ from the FT line and there were 3 players in the key trying to block him but i dunk right thruw them

Yeah, i was penetrating from the left, zaza stood in my way and harrington was behind him guarded by Amare. I jumped over Zaza, he stumbled back and harrington stepped forward and tried to block but J.R. hit it.

Maybe its easier with power FSS. Often when I press the Superstar Trigger Button coincidentaly (happens a lot ) with Amare even further away from the basket the dunk animation gets much faster and he hits the dunk. But I think this is because of some AIACT bugs like a defender is jumping with lightspeed to block a highflyer dunk.

Finally did it. I tried again and again with different highflyers. In the end it was LBJ(now known as "The One") jumping over The Matrix. Spacing seemed to be a key factor, and I pressed turbo + SS + tapped dunk.

what happened to all the effects maybe i should make Nate a highflyer and start doing that over everyone

I didn't do them because I just wanted to show that I finally did it. The effects will come when I do my next compilation video, it'll be in the video thread. I didn't take 50 angles, I did like 6 or 7.

I did it with Josh Smith the other day.
