simulated stats

is there a way to change how the simulated games stats end up.
for example instead of fg% being between 40-60% how bout in the high 80-90%.
i tried putting player stats up but only ingame stats increase ,not simulated games.

its all about EASPORTS\NBA Live 06\simeng\simeng.txt
this little file is the key to take influence on simulation engine.
till now, i have not been able to get through it. pretty difficult.
but try ... maybe you'll find out.
