Simulation Type

I was always curious what is the difference between Regular and Intervention simulation modes? ANybody know?

i think regular does the entire game but intervention allows you to jump in and play where you see fit after the game has already started simming.

Oh cool, but does it differ when jsut CPU teams are playing in Dynasty mode?

Intervention/Regular is a setting that affects the User only. With Regular, you can just sim all the games one by one as is the traditional style. On Intervention, games are simmed one by one, quarter by quarter, so you can jump in at the end of any of the first three quarters and continue the game from that point.

Simulating is stupid - killing pleasure of playing. But simulation... is necesarry...

But you don't need to simulate unless you want to. It's handy for those who want to play full seasons but don't have as much time so only pick out the key matchups and sim the rest...or those who want to use NBA Live as a manager style game.

Yea I do the same when I'm down by like 15 or 10 or when it's tied. I don't get the W everytime but it sure is a challenge.
