new dynasty

Im new in using dynasty, I set my dynasty without fantasy draft, Im playing the Spurs, What is training camp,please give me an idea, How can I use this to my advantage.. your comment will be highly appreciated

just hit "enter training camp" and set it how you want the Ass. Coach to train your players
