IKE DIOGU

hi is it possible to get IKE to a monster blocker?

i dono how to jack up his def awareness, but the other 2 criteria should beok

Keep training him on defense and he will eventually become a good blocker.

hes already at 75, so he blocks a good amount
but i train him so much on d and doesnt seem like its gettin higher.
my asst coach has a A in d too

Then train him in athleticismand he will be able to jump higher to block them.

been doin that, is there a speicifc time i should do, i have only been doin 1 week per guy

do 4 weeks and do 50% def and 50% athletic

dang 4 weeks, what about other guys on my team?
how can i develop them properly too?

By getting more Assistant Coaches.......

It's best to not train the guys who've hit their prime (30 year olds+) and just concentrate on the guys who are in their early 20's.

Im 3 yrs into mine and Diogu was a Start for the Suns until i got him lol.

He was averaging like 19ppg, 10rpg, and something like 2.03bpg
