I'm in the process of purchasing image editing software, so that I can create cyberfaces. I hear that the adobe photoshop is pretty good. Does anyone know what version is the least expensive to use? Also, is there any other software that could handle this task, instead of adobe?

I think you could try GIMP, a free downloadable program similar to PS, or PSP (Paint Shop Pro).
Which version of Photoshop you'll get doesn't really matter that much, but I wouldn't pay much for anything under 7.0 personally.

I have that one.

It took time for me to learn all the basics, but now I can do much things.

CK, did you change to the GIMP ?

Thanks alot Cklitsie for the info. I was able to download and install a copy of Gimp. I'm just having problems tring to use it (the help file isn't working). If there a quick and easy way to create a cyberface using Gimp?

Making a cyberface is never quick and easy, especially not when you only just started.
I think all the tutorials (as far as there are any) for cyberface creating are for photoshop.
And no, I don't use GIMP.
