Is it possible to change ur team while in the dynasty mode.
For example if i was Spurs could i change 2 Cavs?

Not sure. I know that on live 05 if you did well the Cavs would try to hire you for some Dyn points but on live 06 I went 4 years and won the championship all 4 and didn't get one offer. I would suggest you pick one team you like or do two dynastys

You can change teams but only if you receive an offer to do so.

You used to be able to change the ISHUMAN field but I don't think that works anymore, at least not properly. It kind of worked last year if I recall correctly but you actually retained control of your original team.

the ONLY way to do it, is to do really well and get offered a new team, or to do really badly and get fired

I tried this once... I got the idea from one of Micchi Boy's dynasty ideas...
Immediately after the finals, and just before i begin the offseason, i saved the game, then changed my team (ISHUMAN) in dbf {only one team should have TRUE in ISHUMAN field, though... All the rest should have FALSE} I loaded that edited save game, THEN began the offseason.
During the offseason, i did the usual stuff--re-signing, drafting, trading, etc., but the only messages i got were for my old team. The transactions i tried, whenever the cap and roster space permitted, actually worked though.
Finally, after training camp for the next season, the PDA messages i received were already for my new team....
THis is not a hundred percent sure, though, cause I didnt sim all the way, months and years into the dynasty. it was just an experiment. Anyway, you guys should try it, it just might work for you...

Its always the crap teams that offer you a position

why would a team doing well need a new GM?
