NBA Live 06 for PSP Roster Updates

Im borrowing my friends PSP, and I was wondering, can I download a Roster Udate from the NLSC Home, and put it into the PSP using the USB Cable??? Or when will there be a roster update for it???

NLSC roster updates are only for PC, so they dont work for PSP.
