Scoring

Well, I'm new here and I've been playing NBA Live for quite a time now. Really love the game. So I bougth 2006 and started to play.
At first I have to say that I really hate that the backdown option is gone, I can't make a friggin' box out! And there's that Superstar option...
Anyway, I think it's way to easy to score. It doesn't really matter which difficulty I use, it's just to easy. This is because of the Superstar option.
So, is there anyway to make the scoring somewhat harder? It's no fun like this.

Hello and welcome to the forum 
Yea, the superstars tends to be over powerful. Only real solution is to not use them as often as you'd like. You could also try to turn down the different shooting sliders...
By the way, the back-down hasn't been removed, just limited to the people that have an analog controller.

Thanks for the info. But since I don't own a gamepad (yet?) it's a bit boring to see a center scoring. The only they can do is just shoot, dunk or make the pro hop.
And what's this shooting slide, I mean, where can I find those?

And another question
I've been told that there is a mod or something so the back-down can be used when someone uses a keyboard. If that works good enough I don't need to buy a gamepad.
