Gamecube slowness when playing live 06

This is a simple question to all owners of the GC version. Has anyone dealt with any performance/graphic problems(lag) and animations getting choppy during gameplay?

I just want to know this to determine if it is the hardware or software ineptitude.

I don't have a Game Cube BUT my xbox gets sluggish at times. So I tryed to put the game on my xbox harddrive to see if its the disk but EA made it where I can't.

When you are playing the games in some stadiums, there is some noticable lag but it's not too bad.

I have the GameCube version. I haven't had any slow downs or lag. The 2005 version, however, got laggy a few times...

I have 2005 version in Game Cube and it was really laggy, specially when you played two or three games in a row. Maybe it's because RAM ? I don't know. When you turn off the console and turn it on again, the game is ok again.
