NBA Live Double Exiting

Ever since I've re-edited the dunk.act file, whenever I test it in practice and then press quit game in order to go back to the menu, that "popping" sfx sound would be made whenever u select something, but now it plays twice and my game directly exits to the desktop. Anybody know how to fix this? I'd gladly appreciate it.
