name oh jersey of yao ming

any guys can help me on this issue:
in the players.dbf, 'yao' is in fname field, 'ming' is in name field. But on the jersey it shows 'Yao'. It is different from other players whose name not fname is shown on the jersey. I want change 'yao' into name field and 'ming' into fname field but on his jersey there should still be 'Yao'. So who can tell me which field in dbf controls the name on the jerseys?

I think he's asian and he wants "Ming" to be the first name in the game, and "Yao" to be the last name (like it should be in Chinese), but still retaining "Yao" on his jersey.
