Roster Program

don't really know where this should be so maybe I got in the wrong place.
I'm currently maing my own rosters and I want to tone down shooting a bit to get better online performance. I want to get everybody's FG down by 5 points. but you can see that's a hell of a job to do manually. but a friend of mine told me there is some sort of program where I can tone down a rating and all players will be toned down at once. My question was does someone have such a program or know where I could get it.
