Some problems with the controller

Hey guys!!! I'm going to present my self...Im manuel from argentina 18 years old...fan from your site and from nba live...and here is my question
1)I don't know/find the controll to play in the post(i mean example: when duncan recieve in the low post...and play there....)
2)the other thing is...a play that it was configured in quick plays on nba live 2005(the ones that yuo press the number, i think it was number 3 number 1 was pick and rollnumber 3 post up number 4 isaolation...) , to play against zone...i don't find it...where is it?
