Mid 90s Cav's Flash Jerseys/Hi-Res Hair

Okay, two requests in one I guess. I was looking for the Cavs late 90s 'flash' jerseys, with the blue flash across the midsection. It's not the best uni, but it's part of Cavs history. Can anyone make these? BTW, the shorts come up to a few inches below the numbers.
Secondly, could someone make a higher-res version of the Create-a-Player hair? It just looks like the texture won't load right now, it's so blurry. Anyone?
