Editing speech files

I remember that for Live '03 we could use Play-by-Play Editor to view, add or change the speech files.

Is there a new version of this program or another one with which is possible to edit/view the speech files?

Really? That would be awesome if we could change the courtside announcer. He's only been annoying me for 10 years...

Yeah, you could do that.

Apparently it's not possible with the updated file formats.
