Yea sometimes the PG will throw like a no look lob with one hand, I dont believe there is any certain way to do it, might have to have a high pass rating, or have the Playmaker abilities

The kind of lobs that are thrown basically depend on the situation; whether you're on the run, the position of the passer in relation to the finisher, etc.
