cpu accuracy problem

i've got really annoyng problem, cause i cant play normally against cpu on superstar difficulty lvl. when playing against me, almost all cpu teams shot above 65% from the field and i simply cannot do anything to change this during the game.
what gameplay settingsd should i adjust to force cpu to shot at normal percentage(~40-45%)?

i switched the gameplay from action to simulation and that worked for me

I made my own team to play with Superstar computer,
coz they r too hard i cant beat them with normal team (can beat superstar like 25% of the times with Detriot, and 0% with Houston which I usually play)
and I shoot around 60+%
when computer shoot <50%
my team are full of 99s players thou.
