how can i trade when playing with new york, because there cap is -30 mil, im sorry these seems so noob, but i never understood the salarycap even after waiving people, could some1 explain?

After you waive a player, their salary remains on the cap as if they were on the team. Essentially what your doing is just creating a free roster spot.
You can still trade whilst being above the cap, but salaries have to be within a certain percentage of eachother...25% i think. So for eg. if you want to trade a player that is worth 10 million, you can trade him for a max player/s with a total contract value of 12.5million or a minimum 7.5million. If the salaries aren't within 25% +/- then you won't be able to trade.
Hope that makes sense......i'm pretty sure thats the way it goes...i havent even ventured to make trades in 06 yet.

if ur using PC just hex edit the franchise.dat file in your dynasty folder. That's what I did. You can have all the money you want

if you want to make trades just look for players with about the same salary cap, i dont know much about it but say if you are trading 2 players, one worth 3 million and the other worth 6 just look for possible players around 9 million of similar rating
