Free throw shooting

Did the change the method this year? I know the programmers mentioned this 3 months ago. They said they'd change it to the use of the right analog stick - pull back to cock and push forward to shoot. How well is it implemented - does it feel natural and do you miss often?

This is only in XBOX 360, it seems.
