Anyone know the answer to this?

Are the superstar abilities going to be used by the players in sim games, CPU vs CPU? Or is it just there for Human players to have fun with?

Yes, I believe the CPU will also do the super-star abilities, most likely much better than the human counterparts. haha. But yes, CPU also does superstar abilities.

Even in that video from teamxbox, with the 70's allstars against the 90's, payton and grant hill were doing all kinds of things... and it was just CPU against CPU.

What he was asking was that do the Freestyle Superstar ability selection effect the simulated games as well... Of course the AI uses them in the gameplay, it would be totally retarted if it didn't but when you simulate the game, is the outcome different if you have T-Mac as a scorer or a Highflyer???

That is a really good question... It would be sweet if it did effect the outcome so you could try different superstar combinations to see which work the best for you... But I don't have a clue if they do or not...

yeah im in a nba live league where sims are most important. I currently have Joe Johnson, Steve Nash, Antawn Jamison, and Rasheed Wallace. All can be inside/outside scorers or 3 of them scorers and nash a playmaker. It would be awesome to maybe have nash as a playmaker and get more assists and the other players the ball before scoring on his own. But if i made him a scorer too then he would take more shots.

Oops, sorry, didnt understand the ?

I don't think it would. Simulated performance is determined by ratings so I don't think the Superstar abilities will be factored in.
