New pics of dynastymode and a bit of info.

Not a single 6'0" as I can see, good balance of heights.

They contact you? That makes me slightly impressed.

Robinson at 70 just makes me cringe.

Seems like a good set-up for choosing superstar styles.

Nice set-up here aswell

Could blocks really be tuned? CAN IT BE REAL?!

Ugh. Horrible CF.

All in all. This just raised my expectations. Could be a really nice game.

All they did was change the color of the menus and added a few extras like the coaches sending a message to your PDA

No?

From the looks of these pics:

*Balanced rookies length to position
*Balanced blocks
*Good overview of player development

Not much, but better than previous screens of dynasty-mode I've seen. Atleast it's an improvement. Something you rarely get with EA.

*Balanced blocks

5 blocks in 20 minutes for Jerome James seems like a lot.. and I'm not too sure if this game was played out or simulated. But I'm glad no one else had that many blocks.

The interface is so damn similar to last year's, but I like the additional touches, especially for player development, however, it's nothing mind blowing.

5 is a lot, but for a played game on 5min q's, it's alot better than previous years. And it's for the C only, so the sliders could make the game good in that department.

And you're both right, it's nothing major - and it's certainly things I would have assumed EA took care of years ago.

But.

EA usually never delivers in the tweaking area form my experience, and this shows progress. Even though it's too late, too little. It's still progress. Which makes me want NBA 2006 at all. Before this I was very stunted on the subject, expecting the same crap as always in dynasty-mode. And I think this shows that things have indeed been looked over.

Regarding the blocks, I can agree on that. I wish there were more for dynasty, but the idea of development when doing multiple year dynasties does seem a lot more enticing this year. Mainly though, I'm concerned about gameplay, and that's still a stay-tuned topic.

In the other screenshots EA released there was a 6'2 PG projected #1 overall. Anyways, as said it's been posted before.
