I didn't like the 06 Demo - played it @ Gamecrazy

It wasn't bad, but after playing it I'm left not that excited. Of course I'm going to buy the game and nothing was really bad regarding the game.
Let me tell you what the experience was like.
1- dirty arse controllers, 100+ kids probably use them a day. jammed L2 button.
2- tiny arse tv screen, so I couldn't really see if the graphics were that much better
3- lots of new dribble freestyle moves, maybe too much animation on them...made me feel not in control at times. they also took out the hesitation dribble move.
4- I played on superstar, controlled the heats and played against the spurs. I thought for the most part the defense AI was pretty good. they didn't fall for the pick and roll as much as last year. All in all, I thought they did a pretty good job with the D.
so you see, it wasn't bad but it really didn't scream out great to me. at least with that build and like others have said it contained old rosters. we'll just have to wait and see the FINAL product.

Yea there is only one place around here that has demos of games and I hate the little screen

Would you say it was just a matter of your experience being sullied by the setup or the game itself being disappointing?

those demos arent final yet...so its not really sure its whats gonna be released...i wonder if the HOrnets are in NO though
