I think it's a pretty nice cover; it looks kind of dramatic with the lighting and all. Nice cover.
I suppose the company feels that they sell more copies of the game if a countryman is on it, and it's probably true, but I'm not a big fan of different ones.

I just want to make a small "vindication" here: In the news (main page) of www.nba-live.com it says:

"The user streetballaz1 posted the French cover of NBA Live 06 in our forum; and it is, again, Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs. He also posted the cover for the Spanish version of the game in our forum."

Well, it was not streetballerz1 that made the announcement for the Spanish cover. It was me, soto14!
