NLSC Current Roster Update v3.7 Released

Dumb (and probably redundant) question, but have any of the Roster updates ever included a TXT file showing the finalized rosters and stats?

I saw the patch included a batch file (primacy.bat) which used "cdbflite.exe" to modify players.dbf line-by-line and thought "install_rosters.exe" was created the same way. Install_Rosters actually outputs its own Players.DBF file. (and then some!)

install_rosters.exe is the installation file for the roster-only version of the update. The primacy fix is something you run during a Dynasty game after you've already installed the rosters to correct recalculated primacy ratings following trades, signings and injuries.
