You do have a pixel shader, you are one of the lucky few who may be able to force lighting on with a settings.dat file, too.

But when i ran Can U Run It. It said my card didnt have any version of shader

then you don't have one. you can't play the game. simple as that.

Don't listen to Qballer. You have pixel shader 2.0, but you don't have a vertex shader or hardware transform and lighting. You will be able to run 06 just fine. Once it is installed, you will need someone to turn on lighting for you, because it will be grayed out. But you should(if I am not mistaken) be able to runt he game with lighting after someoen else turns it on.

Don't listen to PDub. His tips are most likely too complicated for you to understand and will lead you to believe that you can possibly make it work but in reality you'll only ask more questions until PDub comes over to your house and does it himself.
