Passing

Everytime i run a pick and roll and my player setting the pick moves to the basket i pass the ball to him and the pass completely misses.
Is there like a certain time to pass the ball during a pick and roll?
And its not like my player has a bad pass rating,its stephon marbury

Maybe the center (or pf) ovrl is low...

sometimes it also happens to me...

what im doing is just wait him to go under the basket...

wait for an opening and go for an alley hoop!

Once a player has begun "rolling" to the basket and his hand is up indicating that he's calling for the pass, you should be fine to feed him the ball.
