Are you using any patches? If so, try removing them and see if that resolves the problem. Otherwise, you might want to try reinstalling the game.

Hi Andrew,

I unninstalled the entire game, deleted all the folders...
I installes the game without any patch but it has the same problem :S

I was looking the players stats and it returned to the desktop.
It happened while trading and when finishing a game too.

Try deleting the contents of the workingdb and currentdb folders.

They're supposed to return, the game refreshes them. Sometimes errors occur within those databases and the game doesn't refresh them, which is where deleting them can overcome the crashes.

The only other thing that comes to mind at this time is a problem with your hardware. Try updating the drivers for your video card etc.

In that case, you could try rolling back your drivers to see if there's a conflict. Other than that, I don't know what else to suggest. Perhaps you could try contacting EA's tech support through their website if all else fails.
