how to turn on the lightings?

The option will be available to turn on if you have a good enough video card. If your video card doesn't have that capacity I don't believe you can activate it.

i used to have that problem too..but that can be fix w/ an updated driver for your VC..

no problem bro..i'm from Philippines too..and so as many other members here..and like you i'm still playing Live 2006..i've got my Live 2007 installed but this version can't even be compared to 2006..i hope 2008 will be much better..God Bless..
