pink boxes for retired jerseys?

Seventeen years into my LA Lakers season and I had retired 4 playr jerseys. I followed the tip to go to My NBA Live, and save when exiting. Done that.

But why is it hen I check the retired jerseys, all I can see is a pink box? Is this what it's supposed to be?

Looks like there has been an error of some sort. Have you installed any patches to the game? Specifically jersey patches? This might have affected it. If this is the only problem with the game then I would probably accept that you might not be able to see them, but if you are having other issues then maybe they could all be fixed.

I downloaded the latest sgsms files that's all. The rosters are default cd rosters.
