Request for realistic draft in a historical roster

Hi. This is my first post in this forum. But this is nevermind.

I have a little request.

Is there possibly, in historical roster like 1997/1998 is the realistic draft ??

Is there fantastic we may draft Bibby, Olowakandi, or Nowitzki. And the next year following realistic player like Marrion, Brand, Artest.

I know this is in Roster 97/98 for NBA Live 2007 and I please the same for NBA Live 2006. Or tell me how I may to do oneself.
